Service Description
This service begins with a refreshing R&R: Root Relief scalp treatment to soothe, cleanse, and prepare the scalp for styling. A specialty conditioning treatment is applied to nourish and hydrate the hair, with a complimentary deep conditioner included for first-time clients. Natural hair is then styled using two-strand twists to enhance definition and promote healthy styling without excessive manipulation. This service is perfect for clients seeking a twist-out or defined curl pattern look. All prices are starter rates and may vary based on the length and density of the hair.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment is canceled before 24 hours of its scheduled time, the deposit can be forwarded to one rescheduled appointment for the same service. This appointment must be booked within 24 hrs of cancelation. If this rescheduled appointment is canceled the client is required to pay a new deposit for all future appointments. If the client does not cancel before 24 hours of the appointment, the initial deposit is forfeited and the client is required to pay a new deposit upon rebooking. If the stylist cancels your appointment your deposit will be fully refunded. If the client is more than 20 minutes late for the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and the client will forfeit their deposit. This is considered a NO SHOW appointment. The address for the appointment will be sent two days before your service in a reminder email.
