Service Description
Every appointment begins with a gentle yet effective scalp cleanse using R&R: Root Relief, a revitalizing tonic formulated to soothe irritation, remove buildup, and restore balance to the scalp. A nourishing specialty conditioning treatment follows to strengthen strands and promote moisture retention, laying the foundation for healthy loc maintenance. Depending on the client’s loc type and preference, hair is retightened using either the palm-rolling method or interlocking technique to maintain the integrity and structure of the locs. Each service concludes with a controlled heat dry to lock in the results and ensure a polished finish. All prices are starter rates and may vary based on hair length, density, and the intricacy of the loc style.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment is canceled before 24 hours of its scheduled time, the deposit can be forwarded to one rescheduled appointment for the same service. This appointment must be booked within 24 hrs of cancelation. If this rescheduled appointment is canceled the client is required to pay a new deposit for all future appointments. If the client does not cancel before 24 hours of the appointment, the initial deposit is forfeited and the client is required to pay a new deposit upon rebooking. If the stylist cancels your appointment your deposit will be fully refunded. If the client is more than 20 minutes late for the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and the client will forfeit their deposit. This is considered a NO SHOW appointment. The address for the appointment will be sent two days before your service in a reminder email.
