This service gently and thoroughly removes installed hair extensions while protecting the integrity of the natural hair and scalp. It begins with R&R: Root Relief, a calming scalp cleanse formulated to rebalance and detoxify after prolonged wear of extensions. A specialty conditioning treatment follows to restore moisture, reduce breakage, and prep the hair for its next style. Whether you're transitioning back to natural hair or preparing for a fresh install, this service ensures a clean, healthy foundation. All prices are starter rates and may vary based on hair length, density, and extension type.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment is canceled before 24 hours of its scheduled time, the deposit can be forwarded to one rescheduled appointment for the same service. This appointment must be booked within 24 hrs of cancelation. If this rescheduled appointment is canceled the client is required to pay a new deposit for all future appointments. If the client does not cancel before 24 hours of the appointment, the initial deposit is forfeited and the client is required to pay a new deposit upon rebooking. If the stylist cancels your appointment your deposit will be fully refunded. If the client is more than 20 minutes late for the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and the client will forfeit their deposit. This is considered a NO SHOW appointment. The address for the appointment will be sent two days before your service in a reminder email.
