Service Description
Every service begins with R&R: Root Relief, a soothing scalp tonic that gently cleanses and refreshes the scalp while promoting balance and hydration. This is followed by a rich, specialty conditioning treatment designed to restore moisture and improve manageability. First-time clients also receive a complimentary deep conditioning treatment to jumpstart their hair health journey. Hair is then carefully blown dry with low heat to protect against damage before being braided into a neat cornrow base. Extension hair is applied using the crochet method to create a seamless, full look that’s both stylish and protective. Hair is not provided. All prices are starter rates and may vary based on hair length and density.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment is canceled before 24 hours of its scheduled time, the deposit can be forwarded to one rescheduled appointment for the same service. This appointment must be booked within 24 hrs of cancelation. If this rescheduled appointment is canceled the client is required to pay a new deposit for all future appointments. If the client does not cancel before 24 hours of the appointment, the initial deposit is forfeited and the client is required to pay a new deposit upon rebooking. If the stylist cancels your appointment your deposit will be fully refunded. If the client is more than 20 minutes late for the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and the client will forfeit their deposit. This is considered a NO SHOW appointment. The address for the appointment will be sent two days before your service in a reminder email.
