Service Description
Each appointment begins with a gentle R&R: Root Relief scalp treatment to cleanse and balance the scalp, setting the foundation for a healthy style. A nourishing specialty conditioner is applied to hydrate and strengthen the hair, with first-time clients receiving a complimentary deep conditioning treatment. Hair is then styled in either bantu knots or comb twists, offering definition and structure while protecting the hair’s natural texture. This service is ideal for clients seeking bold, low-manipulation styling. All prices are starter rates and may vary depending on hair length and density.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment is canceled before 24 hours of its scheduled time, the deposit can be forwarded to one rescheduled appointment for the same service. This appointment must be booked within 24 hrs of cancelation. If this rescheduled appointment is canceled the client is required to pay a new deposit for all future appointments. If the client does not cancel before 24 hours of the appointment, the initial deposit is forfeited and the client is required to pay a new deposit upon rebooking. If the stylist cancels your appointment your deposit will be fully refunded. If the client is more than 20 minutes late for the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and the client will forfeit their deposit. This is considered a NO SHOW appointment. The address for the appointment will be sent two days before your service in a reminder email.
