Service Description
This protective style service begins with the application of R&R: Root Relief, a professional-grade scalp tonic that supports hydration, balance, and long-term scalp health. Hair is then treated with a specialty conditioning mask to restore moisture and prepare it for styling. First-time clients also receive a complimentary deep conditioning treatment. The natural hair is styled into clean, uniform two strand twists with added hair for a fuller, longer-lasting finish. Additional hair is not included unless requested in advance for an extra fee. All prices are starter rates and may increase based on the length and density of the hair.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment is canceled before 24 hours of its scheduled time, the deposit can be forwarded to one rescheduled appointment for the same service. This appointment must be booked within 24 hrs of cancelation. If this rescheduled appointment is canceled the client is required to pay a new deposit for all future appointments. If the client does not cancel before 24 hours of the appointment, the initial deposit is forfeited and the client is required to pay a new deposit upon rebooking. If the stylist cancels your appointment your deposit will be fully refunded. If the client is more than 20 minutes late for the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and the client will forfeit their deposit. This is considered a NO SHOW appointment. The address for the appointment will be sent two days before your service in a reminder email.
