Custom Orders

All custom wig orders are final sale and non-refundable. Because every custom unit is made specifically for you — including your measurements, cap construction, and styling preferences — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders once production has begun.

Ready-to-Wear Wigs

Ready-to-wear wigs may be returned for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

- The wig is unused and in its original, unaltered condition

- All tags and packaging are intact

- The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery

Wigs that have been worn, styled, colored, cut, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Hair Products

Hair care products (including the R&R Root Relief Scalp Tonic) may be returned if:

- The product is unused and unopened

- It is in its original packaging

- The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

- Custom wig orders

- Opened or used hair care products

- Digital products, courses, and downloadable guides

- Items marked as final sale

 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
