There are no returns on custom-made units. If a client is unhappy with their unit, they may receive one additional appointment to make any needed minor alterations EX. tinting the lace, plucking the hairline, cap changes (>.1in).
This appointment must be scheduled within two weeks of receiving the unit.
If the unit has been colored, cut, or otherwise tampered with before this appointment, any additional repairs will be at the cost of the client.
