Currently, we are shipping only to the United States.

Shipping costs vary depending on your address and your order. You will have to review the shipping costs at the time of purchase

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, debit, and credit card payments only currently. We also allow pay-later options through PayPal and Sezzle.
When will my order ship?
All wig accessories take 2-7 business days to process. Day 1 starts the day after your order is received/PAID. Tracking information is sent via email after processing.
What shipping courier do you use?
Currently, we ship all our domestic orders with USPS Priority 2-day shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For BEEuty supply orders:
Shipping and handling 2-7 business days
For Signature orders:
After your order has been placed, custom orders will be shipped 6-8 weeks after the order is placed.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping on all Signature wig orders.
Do you offer tracking information for shipped orders?
Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order has left the processing window which is (2-7 business days) but it is possible to receive information sooner.
How do I know if insurance will pay for my wig?
Each insurance provider is different, so please contact your insurance company directly and ask about coverage for a cranial prosthesis. If you would like further information, please book a virtual consultation.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped, we can make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect.

Yes, we often have sales and send out promotional offers to those that are subscribed to our mailing list.
