Each week, we focus on a foundational skill or style, including: Ballet β posture, alignment, and grace Jazz β sharp lines, energy, and rhythm Contemporary & Modern β flow, expression, and grounded movement Turns & Leaps β spotting, control, and height Musicality β dancing with the music, not just to it Expect 30-60 minute sessions that challenge and support you, with a progressive structure to help you grow at your own pace.
